The "Don't ask, don't tell" policy that applies to homosexuals in the U.S. military has been used for centuries by the Freemasons.

This "fact" is in fact erroneous. Freemasonry has about the same percentage homosexuals as the general population. Though there are likely far fewer lesbians.
